Personal data protection
This policy describes how Datasoft SRL (“Datasoft”, “we”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to datasoft.ro and of its customers and partners, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Datasoft SRL, with its registered office at 7 Fântâna de Piatră St., Carcea 207206, Dolj County, Romania. For any question about data protection, you can contact us at gdpr@allaudio.ro or by post at the registered office address.
2. What data we collect
- Data you provide directly: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the message you send, when you fill in the contact form or write to us directly.
- Technical data: the IP address and browser type from which the form was sent, used only to stop automated messages (spam) and abuse.
- Contract data (B2B customers and partners): data needed to issue quotes, contracts and invoices.
3. Purposes of processing

4. Who we share data with
- IT, hosting and website maintenance providers (the website and the messages sent through the form are hosted by Cloudflare);
- Datasoft’s accounting/audit firm;
- Manufacturers/partners (e.g. Bose, QSTECH), only to the extent needed for warranty/service;
- Public authorities, when required by law.
Datasoft does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, financial and accounting documents are kept for 10 years under accounting legislation). Data collected through the contact form that does not lead to a business relationship is kept for at most 24 months and then deleted automatically.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data (“the right to be forgotten”), under the conditions provided by law;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- to object to processing, including direct marketing;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Cookies
The datasoft.ro website does not use cookies or any analytics or marketing tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the same website, with no calls to third-party services.
8. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or accidental disclosure, including encryption, access control and regular backups.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
